Before you order

Three things worth knowing.

  1. Everything is cooked to order.

    Orders go in by 6pm, and Chef Al confirms every order and the time with you. Nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting for you. The cheesecake needs 48 hours, and so do large cookie orders.

  2. Pickup or delivery.

    Delivery is $15 within 15 miles, free on orders over $100, and $2 a mile beyond that. Pickup details are confirmed when your order is accepted.

  3. Tell us about allergies first.

    There is a field for it at checkout. Please use it rather than assuming, and read the note at the bottom of this page.

The Ambrosia Cognac Cookie ships nationwide, because it is the one item on this list that travels. Everything else is pickup or local delivery only, and it is meant to be eaten the day it is cooked. To ship cookies, call or text (916) 200-5264 and shipping is quoted with your order.

Allergies

Bleu Truffle Kitchens takes food allergies seriously. Proper sanitation, handwashing, gloves and ingredient separation are used to minimize cross contact. Customers must disclose allergens before ordering. The kitchen is not allergen free and cross contact cannot be fully eliminated.

Prices exclude a 3 percent service charge and 8.75 percent Sacramento sales tax, both shown before you pay. Minimum order $15. Orders may be cancelled a full 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. See Terms.
